SW City Staff Code of Conduct

1.1) Definition of Staff:  "Staff" is defined by any mayor, governor, 
subcommunity manager, or suburb proprietor of SW City.

1.2) Purpose:  The purpose of this document is to more accurately define 
Section 3.1 of the SW City Charter.  

1.3) Code of Conduct:  Members of staff always respresent SW City, 
especially in public, and are expected to respresent the city in a 
positive manner.  By that, they shall not represent themselves in any 
negative manner that reflects badly upon them and thus SW City.

	1.3.1) Staff shall not initiate a fight, or try to fuel one on.

	1.3.2) Staff shall not not intimidate others, cause public 
distubances through features of Active Worlds such as, but not limited to
coronas or chat flooding.
	
	1.3.3) Refrain from vulgar language and behavior, especially in
places where such behavior is not allowed.

1.4) Breach of Conduct:  Breach of conduct may negate progress of promotion 
or in severe caeses lead to demotion.

1.5) Closing, Acceptance, and Signatures:  We, the undersigned do hereby 
approve this Code of Conduct.  Done in convention by the majority consent 
of the core staff the third day of February in the year of two thousand 
and three and of the Establishment of this Code of Conduct of SW City the
