### 1. Only 5 core members maximum
### 2. Only way to become core is if one of the current core members step down
### 3. Having a subcom does not necessarily mean you will be core staff
### 4. All new PS'es should be placed near the border of SW City.  Should they do well, core will open the perimeter sky lane for them to pass through to expand unlimited

	o Meeting.
