Involvment Expansion Plan (IEP pronounced "eep") - to bring more citizen involvement into SW City.
- If we're going to get a CY Award for best community, simply building and getting citizens is not enough, as evidenced by the previous two years. The citizens need to be involved in the city. And involved citizens will vote. The main objective of IEP is to promote involvement in SW City. A CY Award is only a hopeful "side effect".
- Anyone can join a committee, not just staff members. They can join a committee after the committee's already been formed and had its first meeting. Committee heads should always be a staff member or trusted citizen of AW and are chosen by the committee itself and approved by the SW City Core Staff. However, if a committee requires property to be modified, only the owner of the property has sole discretion over access to his/her privelage password.

- Stage 1: Expansion Committee
- Form an Expansion Committee to oversee the committees listed below and create new events to increase active citizens and their involvement in SW City.
- Urges new citizens to come to town hall meetings to air their concerns and ideas.
- Works with Advertisement Ambassador to advertise the city and offer prizes.
- Can create new subcommittees as the need arises. Committees must undergo
majority approval of the staff first.

- Stage 2: Newsletter
- Newsletter Committee assembles a mailing list from the Citizens Listing in CSWC.
- Committee organizes and sends out monthly e-mail newsletter
- Newsletter is linked in all Ground Zeros (or the City Town Square at least).

- Stage 3: SW City Town Square Committee
- Solely responsible for finding and organizing information to be presented in SW
City's GZ. Right now it's scattered all over the place. Absolutely nothing is
in GZ at the present moment.
- Add Town Square Subcommunity/Private Sector warps
- Add Teleport Center (add teleports to places useful to the city, like Town Hall
and the Events Square)

- Stage 4: City-wide yearly awards event
- Awards Committee plans an awards show to showcase exceptional citizens and
citizens' building techniques in SW City.
- Names the event and categories.
- Smaller version of the CY Awards. Brings in more citizens and gets them
involved.
