Residential Promotions

1. Builder (Provisionists) – Temporary Residents (as in, they build once or maybe twice then move onto some other town)

2. Loyal Residents (Allegiants) – Loyal/permanent Residents that have been in town for 1 month.

3. Genuine Resident (Seniors) – Loyal/permanent residents who have graduated from the Builders’ Academy and have been in town for 2 months.

Note: "Being in town" means that during that time, you have spent a good percentage of your time building around or socializing in SW City.

Note: Anyone interested in the resident promotions need to prove the time they started in SW City by showing any core staff member the date of their first object in town if they can find it.

City Census

All Governors must report a census for their district by September 30th. There will be a new citizen listing location in town. Unlike the other listings, this one will be managed by yourself (kind of like the city hall offices). When you get a new resident in your district, even if they are already a builder of another district, put his or her name on a sign in your district census property. I myself, SW Comit, will merge all the district residents into the city wide citizen listing. This new citizen listing location should be more helpful than the old ones, and should include the following features.

Note: I still need to know about the new citizens via telegram for the city wide census. Whether or not the governors will still want to be informed about the new citizens is their choice.

Note: Governors are responsible for PS citizens. However if they can give the PS owners their ppw if they want and let them update it themselves.

Every district resident sign will include:

  1. Their name
  2. Their citnum
  3. Date joined (in district)

The city wide resident sign will include:

  1. Their name
  2. Their citnum
  3. Earliest date joined (city wide)
  4. Residential title (seen above)
