Been kinda' slow the past few weeks, possibly due to the busy holiday season, combined with some of us taking a break from AW for little while.
The Scarabian Republic Charter has been published in the forums, outlining the government reform that occurred over a year ago. The charter applies to all SR towns (all 2 of them :P).
