Viceroy

Overview

A Viceroy (or Sub-Division as it's known in Central District) is a District level staff position. As a district level position, it is not recognized by the charter. Its role and general duties vary from district to district but in general, a viceroy's primary purpose is to manage a large track of property until the host district Governor feels it is time to upgrade it to a city Precinct.
