*wonders if this had anything to do with my security findings which I found during the log-in process of the browser*
I think I’m going to change my password right now…
Er… anyway for expired cits like us to change our password? O_o
It scares me that this is possible.
No, really: WHY ARE THEY STORING CLEARTEXT PASSWORDS? Its insane! There is no good reason to do so!
It quite frankly doesn’t speak well of their competence.
I wouldn’t imagine anyone using your account for mischief AbMo
I’d go to town!!! First thing I’d do is build a giant nougat monument for all to see
Is the process for checking user passwords secure? I would have figured some sort of ssl or something to and from the server. What alarmed me was when I ran my system a few years earlier (so certain applications may run properly), all ssl transactions gave a warning of an invalid certificate etc. The aw browser continued to work just fine despite the system clock change. – Or am I missing something on how aw “secures” their clients password data in packets? just seemed to be too “open” during transfer… *shrugs*
