The SW City Productions development staff below all contributed to the development of SW City’s gameplay.

In terms of environmental design and land management, the staff consists of Governing, Management, and Contributing members. The Governors develop their district and oversee its precincts’ land management. Managers develop their respective precincts. Contributing members don’t manage large tracts of land but do build projects or contribute in other ways to the team.
