Professor Basil Looking for Workers

SWanford University has made it public that Professor Roger Basil is looking for some help.  He’s not in the typical ivy league environment, though.  Nope — he’s built up somewhat of a shack in the wilderness of the Southern Highlands.  To find out what Basil needs, you can visit him at his home east of the Rising Glen Real Estate Office.

Or you can just say ^jump Berry Hut in-world.  One of the two

Concerning New Players…

A new activities pavilion has been added to the quest wing of the SW City Interactive Headquarters in Town Square Park.  Once completing the Beginner’s Quest, players can browse this area to become acquainted with other features of SW City Interactive and to gain clues on where to earn flint, and even find other quests.

This addition is likely a temporary fix, as we in the development team are working towards revamping the beginning of the game to give more direction and story to the player.  In the meantime, we would like to hear your suggestions! A poll has been added to the SW City Community forum so we can get ideas from the community concerning gameplay.  Let us know what you think!

New Properties Available in Rising Glen Retreat

Six new building lots have been cleared and made available near the Highridge Fjord and along the base of the mountains currently in development.  Three are marked for any level of builder, and three are marked for intermediate, skilled builders.  The lots in this area can be conveniently accessed by saying ‘^jump Shelter #2‘ in-world.  As always, you may contact SW Chris or Hyper Anthony for land in this area.

Custom lots are also available by telegramming me directly; we can work out the details depending on where you want your plot.

SWI hits 1000 registered users

SWI hit 1000 users yesterday upon the registration of Drath (who’s already completed quite a few quests!)  It’s great to see how many people are choosing to explore the city through interactive, and we hope to bring much more content in the future!

SWI Quest-Writing Competition!

From now until March 1, SW City Interactive players can enter a competition on the SW City Community forum to write their own quests!  Rules and whatnot can be found in this thread!  The winner will receive 25000ƒ, a badge, and their quest will be implemented into SW City Interactive!

Good luck everybody!
