There’s been a recent technical boom happening around SW City.

Velothi Island, CSWC – The roads come to life! It has been recently discovered by the mayor’s secretary that deep in the SW City book’o’laws, it was deemed illegal to drive on the roads. A correction granted by the city council has breathed life onto some of our roadways. Check out the highway as the ‘crafts zip down the road. In recognition of this new activity, a raised cafe has been built where you can sit down and relax with a cup of coffee as 5+ ton crafts blast by you inches away.

Also, our trusted Chris has rejoined the ranks of builders, and came back with a bang! I can honestly say he’s created Active World’s most innovative teleporters. It’s a bot-free synchronized teleporting booth, where you watch a real sweet effect go off should someone decides to teleport outa there.

All this can be seen along the road at 1688S 4775E 180. The cafe and the teleport are side by side.

Syntax Estates – Syn’s cooking up a new adventure game now that special commands are back. I don’t think I should comment much on it ’till it’s more developed, but I’ve seen a preview and it’s absolutely amazing so far. I’ll let him post more info about it when he’s ready 😉

Also in recently developements, 3 new bridges have developed. Tridom bridge is a small bridge along highway 10 over Vishara’s River. May be small, but it’s quite impressive. Also Flint’s Memorial Bridge is in the works. It’s along CMM International Highway northbound from Sybit to the Outerlands. Lastly a 70+ coord bridge Ferruccio is working on is a unique half-suspension bridge. It’s SW City’s tallest bridge now. It’s along highway 10, east velothi to the Outerlands.

Lastly, tons of work has been done south of Town Square. Areas have been revamped, detailed, roads and grass cleaned up, old buildings touched up, and Teddy’s old abandoned sub-com has been given some attention to make it look nicer. Syntax also did some work closer to town square to the east, areas owned by SE.

Other completed builds: Velothi Sewage Plant, Sharman Mines Ore Extracting plant, and much more of Ferruccio’s Mountain has been complete.
