SWI now has a new residency ID system in place. When builders have established themselves in building zones, such as Forest Oaks or Rotheran Bay for example, the propery manager now has the ability to authorize them an Residency ID which shows up in user’s SWI profile sheets. Please allow us a few days to retrofit everyone’s accounts for existing builds

And they’re homeowners badges. 
what if they didnt build a home? What if they built a bar or shopping center?
Well then you can’t call them residency IDs either unless you’re a bum who lives in your own store. :X
I humbly submit the title “Land Owner Badge: Rotheran Bay” Or “Fair Oaks” or whatever. ^_^ It’s simple, to the point. It tells the reader exactly what it is, and can be used for everything anyone could possibly build, even a Flint farm.
