We apologize for the forum lately… you may have noticed it has been extremely slow. We are working on figuring out what it wrong with it right now.
Strike Rapier has put a pretty sweet website online, known as the Universal Teleport List. You can register your own user and create your own teleport links or just browse around what is there currently. This thing will only be successful if a lot of people contribute their works to the database, so head on over and start entering stuff in.
