The SW City Community forum now also accommodates (and encourages!) discussion relating to SW City Interactive. This includes players offering suggestions, wanting to find people to play with, or just wanting to talk about the game in general.

Robbie’s PHP sign generator – SW City Edition – is functioning again. If you been to the warehouse district in the past year you’ll have no doubt seen the mess of broken images there. They’re fixed now.
There’s been some syntax changes. See the academy for details.
SW City’s own home-brewed version of Twitter is now live. To submit an entry, users within AW can utilize the Scaranet bot network by typing, for example “#switter_I’m building my house at 100n 100w!“. The messages are posted near the bottom of the forum index here, as well as an RSS feed. Switter encourages builders in AW to post up a message to let the rest of the world know what activities are going on in-world.
Also, SW City’s NPCs have the ability to input Switter comments, so keep an eye out for that.
Note that only 1 input per 10 minutes is allowed per user. The official Twitter account can be found here.
AWE 2.2 has been updated with the regular package of texture and object improvements. It also adds a workaround fix to minimize the seams in the skybox caused by a recent AW browser update. The newest SW City Times issue has been released to newsstands everywhere.. with a brand new look! This is the first (2nd, counting Ant’s 2 issue redesign) redesign the paper has seen since the September 26th, 2001 issue, which is quite some time ago. The old design ran for a total of 41 issues.. lets hope this design runs for longer than that.
