The newest SW City Times issue has been released to newsstands everywhere.. with a brand new look! This is the first (2nd, counting Ant’s 2 issue redesign) redesign the paper has seen since the September 26th, 2001 issue, which is quite some time ago. The old design ran for a total of 41 issues.. lets hope this design runs for longer than that.
