The visitor counter at Town Square Park has reached the 10,000 mark today. The counter was started December 18th, 2005, about a year ago. Wooo 😀

Teleports Updated

Along with AW build 964, fresh new downloads of the browser now include a redone stock teleport list. SW City was added to this list, thanks AWI! 😉

Pardon the Mess…

Just a heads up to any new visitors: some moving builds and constructs, such as vehicles and birds and water, may look all broken up and strange. This is due to a bug in AW build 963, which will hopefully be fixed soon.

UPDATE: Build 964 has fixed the sync bug, though has caused some delay issues.

Building Booms

A recent breakthrough in the construction industry has caused prices to plummet sending demand sky high. SW City’s only 2 construction companies, J&J; Construction Company and Evergreen P.B. Homes, have been struggling to keep up with the market demand.

“We’re already hearing rumors about competing businesses opening up to seize the moment” says a spokeswomen from J&J.; Environment activists have been protesting at city hall to cap off the developments in fear that the forests will be ransacked of their timber too quickly.

AW 963 released!

I wasn’t at all excited about build 963, so I guess they did a good job at keep it secret. I thought it was just going to be bug fixes, but to my suprise there’s actually 3 very useful new building features :O

The biggest of which is we can now save clumps of objects and dump a copy elsewhere. It’s like using propdump bots but 10x easier, all in-world.
Expect to SW City more rapidly populated with things like hovercrafts and NPCs now 😀
